Description/Objectives:
- Learn to Identify and evaluate meat cuts of Beef, Swine, and Sheep
- Learn to critically evaluate meat cuts and defend this evaluation with written reasons
- Learn to work as a team in accomplishing shared goals
There is no limit to the number of youth or teams that can be entered from Southeast District 9. All entries must be made online using the 4-HConnect system and youth must bring an eligibility form with them to the contest.
